[edk2] [PATCH v3 16/23] OvmfPkg/VirtioNetDxe: alloc RxBuf using AllocateSharedPages()

RxBuf is shared between guest and hypervisor, use
VIRTIO_DEVICE_PROTOCOL.AllocateSharedPages() to allocate this memory
region and map it with BusMasterCommonBuffer operation so that it can be
accessed by both guest and hypervisor.
