The failure case relies on QEMU_CAPS_MACHINE_OPT not being set, failing in qemuBuildObsoleteAccelArg. Checking a domain-type error message in a cpu test is strange. Delete the negative test to allow assuming QEMU_CAPS_MACHINE_OPT by default.
