[PATCH v2 0/4] backends/hostmem: Report more errors on failures

diff to v1:
- patch 2/4 is new
- Errors are reported instead of warnings on failed qemu_madvise()
- Instead of rounding up value passed to qemu_madvise()/mbind() an error
  is reported
