[edk2] [platforms: PATCH v3 6/8] Marvell/Armada: Enable dynamic DRAM size detection

Instead of using hardcoded value in PcdSystemMemorySize PCD,
obtain DRAM size directly from SoC registers, which are filled
by firmware during early initialization stage.
